Are you brave enough to test yourself in the wild? Here at Motus Illinois Wilds, you can swim the the fish, bike over creeks and through the woods, and run with the wolf pack, bison, elk, and bears. This 1800 acre zoological park is home to 150 different animals all native to the area. As one of the newest trail systems in the Peoria area, Wildlife Prairie Park has often been referred to as a jewel in the North American Midwest. Over 20 miles of single track trails await with lots of rock and shale left over from the land’s strip mining days.

The 800 meter, point to point, swim kicks off our adventure before transitioning to a 15 mile mountain bike course full of twists and turns. The bike leg is a double loop of the trails with a mix of fast double track and technical single track trails. The run takes a stroll through the Wildlife Prairie Park and is highlighted by running alongside the animals that inhabit the park. It’s time to get WILD!
